Important points about the seeding process:
All seeding jobs are C.O.D.
Full payment is expected on your seeding date.
Irrigation is a critical part of the reseeding process. The customer is responsible for effective watering of new seed. You can expect to water AT LEAST 1 HOUR PER AREA EVERY DAY FOR A MINIMUM 4 WEEKS.
Contact your lawn mower. Let them know your seeding date and ask NOT to be mowed for a minimum of 3-4 weeks, if possible. Also, If you can arrange to have your lawn cut very low and bag the clippings prior to a power seeding, effectiveness can be increased
DO NOT RAKE LEAVES FOR AT LEAST 6 WEEKS. It's OK to have them gently blown off 3 weeks after seeding date.
For our Power Seeding or Complete Renovation customers only: Use of our power seeding equipment typically produces a fair amount of grass clippings. We always rake up as much excess as possible (at no extra charge) and put the clippings in plastic garbage bags at your curbside for pick-up. Most towns in our service area will pick up your grass clippings for free. If you are not sure your disposal company will pick up the bags, please check your township regulations. If bagged clippings require removal and disposal we must charge an additional $5/Bag Disposal Fee.
